What is your cancellation policy?
Should you need to cancel your booking due to an unexpected personal emergency or illness(or covid), 360 Property Media will reschedule your booking to a new date and time with no penalty.
For cancellations with less than 48hrs notice of the agreed time, 360 Property Media(360PM) reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of $100.
No Show or Property locked or unworkable condition to work, 360 Property Media reserves the right to charge a no notice FEE of $150.
In the case of any reschedule, we ask you to please be flexible with your availability, as we will not have the same availability to choose from as when the original booking was made. We will communicate swiftly to set a new date and time for you.
Late Payment Policy:
For Late Payments; after three notifications regarding outstanding invoices, 360PM reserves the right to charge a 20% late fee of the total amount.
Not Paying beyond this stage, the client will be blacklisted, and further action may be taken.
